Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
We want to be absolutely clear about what H0pe.ai is and is not:
H0pe.ai is NOT:
- A substitute for professional mental health treatment
- A diagnostic tool for any medical or psychological condition
- Therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment of any kind
- A crisis intervention service
- A replacement for medication or other prescribed treatments
H0pe.ai IS:
- An educational platform based on positive psychology research
- A self-assessment tool to understand your hope patterns
- A resource for evidence-based strategies to cultivate hope
- A complement to—never a replacement for—professional care
User Responsibilities
By using H0pe.ai, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Answer assessment questions honestly to receive meaningful results.
- Use the Service Appropriately: Use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.
- Respect Intellectual Property: Not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

is the property of H0pe.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The scientific frameworks we reference (Snyder's Hope Theory, Seligman's work, etc.) are attributed to their original creators and used for educational purposes.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or copy our materials (except for personal use)
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
